The Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal suspends procedure due to questions for the Court of Justice

The Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal (CBB) has decided to suspend the procedure of a leading slaughterhouse with regard to its objection to a fine imposed by the government for allegedly violating Union Law relating to slaughterhouse hygiene whilst preliminary questions concerning Regulation 853/2004 are pending before the Court of Justice.

Defares is involved in both proceedings.
