Refund meat inspection fees

In an interim judgement, the Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal (CBB) finds that the Dutch government wrongfully shifted the costs in connectioin with the training of official auxhiliairies onto the Dutch meat sector. The department of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality has started to refund the overpayments to the Dutch meat sector involved.
