Questions regarding meat inspections referred to the Court of Justice for a preliminary ruling

In the lengthy discussion concerning the costs of meat inspections the Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal (CBb) has decided to refer questions to the Court of Justice (Court) for a preliminary ruling. The CBb has asked the Court to treat their request as a matter of priority.
