Opinion of the Advocate-General in preliminary proceedings regarding fees for meat inspection

In preliminary proceedings before the Court of Justice, the Advocate-General Pikamäe objects to the passing on to slaughterhouses by national authorities an extremely wide variety of costs. According to the Advocate-General, such conduct would render the exhaustive list of cost elements wholly redundant.
