Interim measures against the Dutch State access to file as to Salmonella Goldcoast

Despite a final judgement of the District Court, including a heavy penalty payment, the minister of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality refuses full transparency regarding Salmonella Goldcoast. A Dutch slaughterhouse has now initiated interim relief proceedings in an attempt to compel the minister to fully disclose all documents relating to the incident.
