Defares publishes in Dutch journal for European Law

The judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union in the Entoma SAS case (ECLI:EU:C:2020:769) revolves around the question whether or not whole insects are considered a Novel Food.

In his commentary on this judgment in the Dutch journal for European Law, Defares discusses the different methods of interpretation of EU law (ECLI:EU:C:2020:552). This is relevant as the vast majority of national rules are based on EU law.
