Attero opposes maximum prices during tenders

Attero is a leading multi-utility company with more than 20 processing locations and is, among other things, active in the area of waste management (www.attero.nl/en/). Attero disagrees with the practice of contracting authorities by which a contract can only be tendered with a maximum processing price. Attero deems this practice to be contrary to EU law, including competition law and the free movement of services.
